September is always a little disjointed when working in SEN.
Do you ever get to the end of September, feel like you've loads done but no record as you may not be fully into your proper timetable?
I've created this editable document to help you log your busy workload in the first few weeks whilst you get your proper plans organised. I intend to use this as part of my Cuntas along with any standard forms I may have started.
If you have my SET planner remember to log your daily interruptions too
